Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the RTA) - It's the law in Ontario!
Are you wondering exactly what does the law in Ontario say about a specific Tenancy issue?
Follow up:
The Residential Tenancies Act (the RTA) came into effect on January 31, 2007. The RTA sets the rules for most residential rental housing in Ontario. The previous legislation, known as the Tenant Protection Act, (TPA) is no longer in effect.
The Residential Tenancies Act (the Act) is posted at a website called “E-laws”, which is maintained by the Government of Ontario.

I live in a triplex and the down stairs neighbor is a councellor and he has people constantly coming on to the property ...is he allowed to work from home like that? from a rental unit?
