The Kitchener Housing portfolio consists of 18 sites and 563 units of housing representing singles, seniors and families. Properties for rent include 4 small single detached dwellings, townhouses, apartment buildings, specially designed wheelchair accessible developments and adaptive reuse renovation projects. Approximately 80% of our tenants receive a subsidy with rents geared to their incomes.
